Hmm, that's a tough one. As I don't like to repeat themes, I doubt I'll ever take Obtuse again. My characters, even the thick headed ones, usually understand the need of culture and learning. Musasha did not. Manners were something that everyone else had the luxury of, but served no purpose in the duty of the Crab, and so Musasha epitomized that. He couldn't even begin to become "Rokugani" until someone took him under their wing and truly showed him how important art, literature, and etiquette was, and that wasn't really going to happen in the scope of this game.

It was very fun, but it made it hard to RP with others beyond the 1 line grunting responses most PC's got in threads with him.

Musasha would have to be lucky to spot a rampaging bull 3 feet to his left. He definitely wouldn't have spotted subtle ogling. He wouldn't have minded, either, as long as it stayed just that. He believes everyone needs to find their moments of happiness wherever they pop up, for one may be dead an hour from now.

She was like a kid sister in every way to Musasha. So intent on proving herself, that she'd try almost anything, and Musasha wanted her to succeed, but knew she needed to do it on her own. He figured when she finally got a few battles out of the way, she'd start to see lusting for battle wasn't as important as enjoying the fleeting moments between them.

I'd ask you for Musasha's thoughts on Seiko, but I believe you answered that IC when Sugita asked about her.

Yeah, I think he would have had a lot of trouble understanding you. But you were a clansmen, and so, he would have accepted you without question. He figured that when you were ready, you would seek him out.
